A Palestinian youth was martyred at midnight on Tuesday after being shot by the Israeli occupation forces in the village of Nabi Saleh in the West Bank, according to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent.

With the martyrdom of Ahmad Moin al-Rimawi in Nabi Saleh, the number of martyrs in the West Bank since the beginning of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood has risen to 62 martyrs, as the Ministry of Health had confirmed earlier that there were “61 martyrs and more than 1,250 wounded” in the West Bank, since October 7.

Local sources reported that al-Rimawi is from Beit Rima.

Confrontations broke out in the village of Nabi Saleh, during which two Palestinian youths were injured by IOF gunfire and were transferred to the hospital, but al-Rimawi later succumbed to his injuries.

Another Palestinian youth was shot on Tuesday during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces north of Beit Lahm, while the Takbir recitation echoed across the town of Nahalin, southwest of Beit Lahm, in support of Gaza and in denunciation of the massacre committed by the bombing of al-Maamadani Hospital.+

Different regions of the West Bank saw a number of shooting operations and armed confrontations with the IOF at contact points, following angry marches that went out in support of Gaza and in response to the occupation’s massacre against al-Maamadani Hospital in al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza.

Resistance fighters carried out several shooting operations targeting the "Homesh" settlement between Jenin and Nablus, the area near the separation fence in Marj Ibn Amer Plain, west of Jenin, and the "Dotan" military checkpoint near the town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin.

Local sources reported that the confrontations were concentrated in al-Muftah area at the eastern entrance to the camp, during which the occupation forces fired live bullets and gas and sound bombs, which led to the injury of a Palestinian youth with a live bullet in the foot, after which he was transferred to a hospital in Beit Lahm.

A child was also injured by gunfire as Israeli occupation forces tried to suppress a march in the town of Beit Ummar in al-Kahlil, denouncing al-Maamadani Hospital massacre.

Local sources reported that the occupation soldiers fired live bullets and poisonous tear gas canisters toward the participants in the march denouncing the crimes of the occupation, during which a 16-year-old child received a gunshot wound to the stomach, and his injury was described as moderate.

Meanwhile, another march was launched outside the district headquarters in al-Khalil in condemnation of the massacre at al-Maamadani Hospital in Gaza.

Demonstrations also took place in the Shu’afat refugee camp in occupied al-Quds.

Demonstrators chanted slogans against Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in downtown Ramallah, with popular anger escalating after the Israeli massacre committed by the occupation in the hospital.

This comes as at least 500 people were martyred in an Israeli raid on the courtyard of al-Ahli Arab Hospital (al-Maamadani) in Gaza City, as per the Ministry of Health announced, in a new massacre committed by the occupation amid widespread international and Arab condemnation.

Before that, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the number of martyrs killed in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip exceeded three thousand martyrs, in addition to more than 12,500 wounded in the Gaza Strip since Saturday, October 7.
