With full impunity, 'Israel' violates ceasefire with Lebanon, again
According to preliminary figures, the latest Israeli violations killed 10 people.
As part of its ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon, the Israeli occupation military targeted Tuesday morning the southern Lebanese town of Beit Lif with a drone strike.
Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in South Lebanon also reported that the Israeli occupation [military] exploited the ceasefire [with Lebanon] to infiltrate and, for the first time, reach the outskirts of the Burj al-Muluk–Khiam junction, adding that Israeli artillery shelling targeted the Khiam plain.
Our correspondent also reported that a shepherd was killed in an Israeli drone strike on the Jan'am area on the outskirts of the town of Shebaa in Hasbaya district.
Earlier this morning, a convoy of Israeli military vehicles moved from the area around the town of al-Wazzani toward Wata al-Khiam, with part of the convoy heading toward the eastern and southern neighborhoods.
Simultaneously, a movement of Israeli military vehicles was detected in the Shanhouh farm, east of the town of Helta, which the Israeli forces entered today, in a violation of the ceasefire agreement reached with Lebanon last week.
Earlier, at midnight, Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on the area between the towns of Sojod and Mlikh in the Iqlim al-Tuffah region.
Before dawn, the Israeli forces launched flare bombs and thermal balloons over the town of Ayta al-Shaab.
This followed violations by the Israeli occupation of the ceasefire agreement in the districts of Tyre and Bint Jbeil yesterday evening, where Israeli warplanes conducted a series of attacks on several towns and villages in both districts.
Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri urged Monday the committee responsible for monitoring the implementation of the ceasefire agreement to immediately begin its work and compel "Israel" to halt its violations and withdraw from currently occupied Lebanese territories.

The Lebanese Health Ministry announced that an Israeli airstrike on the town of Harees killed six people, including a child, and wounded two others.
An Israeli strike on the town of Tallousa killed four people and left one injured.
According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, no further displacement as a result of the latest round of Israeli aggression has been reported from the city of Nabatieh and surrounding villages, contrary to what has been circulated.
In the city of Tyre, the Civil Defense, Health Emergency teams, and the Islamic Health Organization began the process of retrieving the martyrs' bodies.
Dr. Wissam Ghazal, the head of Tyre's medical services, revealed that the number of martyrs stands at 192, with the Ministry of Public Health, Civil Defense, Tyre's Municipal Union, and the Tyre Municipality's Natural Disaster Unit assisting in these humanitarian efforts.
Hezbollah fires warning strike in response to Israeli violations
On its part, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah announced Monday that it carried out a preliminary defensive response to repeated Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that took effect at dawn on November 27, 2024.
Hezbollah targeted the Israeli-occupied Roueissat al-Alam site in the Kfar Chouba hills, in southern Lebanon.
The Resistance said in its statement that it conducted the operation in response to the violations, "which have included various forms of aggression, such as firing on civilians and conducting airstrikes in different areas of Lebanon—resulting in the martyrdom of civilians and injuries to others—and the continued breach of Lebanese airspace by enemy aircraft, even reaching the capital Beirut."
Hezbollah said the operation was an "initial defensive and warning response," concluding its statement with, "You have been warned".
