YAF carry out three top-tier operations against three vessels: Spox
The Yemeni Armed Forces renew their warning to all companies completing deals with the Israeli occupation entity that their ships will be targeted.
The Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) carried out three top-tier operations against three different ships in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and in retaliation to the American-British aggression against Yemen, YAF spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Friday.
Saree said that the first operation targeted the Israeli ship MSC ALEXANDRA in the Arabian Sea with several ballistic missiles.
The second operation, which comes as part of the fourth phase of escalation, was carried out by the YAF Navy, the Air Force, and the missile force, targeting the YANNIS ship, which belongs to a Greek company Eastern Mediterranean Maritime as it was sailing through the Red Sea.
The Yemeni spokesperson confirmed that the hit was accurate, explaining that the operation came after three ships belonging to the same Greek company docked at occupied Palestinian ports on May 4 and 5.
Saree said that the third operation was carried out by the YAF missile force, targeting the Israeli ship ESSEX with several missiles in the Mediterranean Sea while it was violating the ban that prevents entry into occupied Palestinian ports.
Elsewhere, Saree said the Yemeni Armed Forces renewed their warning to all companies completing deals with the Israeli occupation entity that their ships, regardless of their destination, would be targeted within the indicated area of operations.

On May 16, Yemeni Ansar Allah leader Abdul-Malik Badreddine al-Houthi announced that the fourth phase announced by the Yemeni armed forces "is not limited to the Mediterranean Sea and includes all ships that transport goods to occupied Palestine."
This came after the spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces Yahya Saree announced on May 3 a new stage in escalations that involves the targeting of ships heading to Israeli ports from the Mediterranean Sea.
"We announce the implementation of the fourth phase of escalation by targeting ships moving toward occupied Palestinian ports," Saree said.
