YAF hit vital Israeli sites in Tel Aviv with ballistic missile, drones
YAF spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree confirms that the two operations successfully achieved their objectives.
The Yemeni Armed Forces’ missile force carried out a military operation targeting a vital Israeli site in the occupied area of Yafa (Tel Aviv) using a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile, YAF spokesperson Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Monday evening.
Additionally, the YAF's air force conducted a top-tier military operation targeting vital Israeli sites in Yafa with four drones, Saree added, confirming that the two operations successfully achieved their objectives.
The Yemeni spokesperson said the operations were in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their Resistance, in response to the Israeli massacres in Gaza, and in retaliation against the Israeli aggression on Yemen.
The YAF "commend the heroic operations of the Palestinian Resistance in the Gaza Strip and reaffirm their commitment to continuing military operations against the Israeli enemy until the aggression ceases and the blockade on Gaza is lifted," Saree emphasized.
Earlier on Monday, Israeli media reported that sirens sounded in several Israeli settlements and cities in the central areas of the occupied Palestinian territories following the launch of a missile from Yemen.
Askalan, Tel Aviv targeted last week
Last week, the YAF UAV force conducted multiple strikes against Israeli sites, with one operation targeting a vital site in occupied Askalan with a drone and another targeting a military site in occupied Yafa also with drones.
A day earlier, the YAF missile force carried out a military operation targeting the Israeli Orot Rabin power plant in the southern region of occupied Haifa using a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile.
On Saturday, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, affirmed during an exclusive interview with Al Mayadeen that the intensification of support operations for Gaza came in response to the demands of the Yemeni masses and the Palestinian Resistance factions in Gaza.
He underlined that these operations will persist until the assault on Gaza ends, adding that they are made possible due to Yemen's advanced military capabilities, enhanced to counter the Israeli aggression.
Although international aggression on Yemen has intensified to obstruct its support for Palestine, al-Houthi stressed that "the American and British attacks will not affect our support operations for the people of Gaza, and the momentum and development will continue."
Al-Houthi also firmly rejected any requests to halt Yemeni operations in the Red Sea unless Israeli aggression and the siege on Gaza ended.
