The Yemeni Ministry of Interior has announced the success of a multi-phase security operation that led to the arrest of a spy network linked to a joint operations room involving the CIA, Israeli Mossad, and Saudi intelligence, which was based on Saudi territory.
The Ministry said in its statement that the joint operations room coordinated sabotage and espionage efforts against Yemen, operating from Saudi territory to establish multiple small cells that functioned independently while remaining connected to the central enemy operations room.

Furthermore, the joint enemy intelligence room supplied the spy cells with advanced surveillance devices and tools to monitor any chosen locations and transmit coordinates and information, and the cell members were trained on how to operate these devices and write reports while uploading coordinates.
It added that the operatives were also instructed in concealment and disguise techniques to avoid detection and capture, and that all training was carried out by American, Israeli, and Saudi officers on Saudi territory.
The spy cells monitored Yemen’s infrastructure and sought to identify military and security installations, including weapons manufacturing facilities and launch sites for ballistic missiles and drones used by our valiant army against the criminal Zionist enemy, as part of their broader surveillance activities.
Additionally, the cells gathered intelligence and conducted ongoing surveillance on civilian state leaders as well as military and security commanders, tracking their headquarters, movements, and operational activities, according to the Yemeni Ministry of Interior.
Network assisted US, Israeli strikes on civilian areas
It further reported that the network’s cells were involved in contributing to the killing of Yemeni civilians by assisting US and Israeli strikes on homes, markets, and public places, that they supplied the enemy with information and coordinates on certain service facilities that were later targeted, and that these actions aimed to damage the interests of the Yemeni people and to impose economic and living hardships on the population.
The Interior Ministry said the joint intelligence cell involving the US, "Israel", and Saudi Arabia had recruited spy networks to undermine Yemen’s military efforts and support for Gaza, adding that it revealed the network to keep the Yemeni people vigilant. Furthermore, it called for vigilance against any plots by Yemen's enemies.
Yemen detains UN staff spying for 'Israel' and US
A security source from Ansar Allah said that on October 26, two women who worked for the World Food Programme were taken from their homes in Sanaa, and a Yemeni man employed by WFP was arrested that same night.
The source added that security and intelligence services in Sanaa still maintain a list of individuals wanted for collaborating with "Israel" and the United States.
Furthermore, the Yemeni source noted that these arrests are part of a broader wave targeting UN and NGO workers on similar charges, following the detention of seven local UN staffers earlier this week accused of collaborating with "Israel".
Sayyed al-Houthi warns of NGOs spying for 'Israel' and US
In a speech on October 16, the leader of Ansar Allah, Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, revealed that several individuals affiliated with humanitarian organizations who were arrested were part of a criminal espionage apparatus. The Yemeni leader noted that these enemy spy cells targeting Yemen had undergone extensive training and were equipped with sophisticated and dangerous technology.
The Yemeni leader confirmed that among the most dangerous of these active cells were individuals affiliated with organizations operating in the humanitarian field, most notably the World Food Programme and UNICEF.
According to the Ansar Allah leader, these cells played a fundamental role in the Israeli targeting of the government meeting by monitoring and reporting to the Israeli enemy and thus facilitating the crime.
He further indicated that a cell specifically affiliated with the World Food Programme, which the chief of security and safety headed for the program's branch in Yemen, played a role in the crime of targeting the government.
Sayyed al-Houthi further asserted that "the Americans and Israelis have used humanitarian organizations as a cover to protect these cells from arrest and to facilitate their movements with the resources and equipment provided to them."
