The Cuban pair, Serguey Torres and Fernando Jorge, won the gold medal in the men's canoe double 1000m competition at the Tokyo Olympics on Tuesday.

China came in second with the silver, and Germany followed with the bronze. 

Yesterday, Cuba claimed its first two gold medals in Greco-Roman wrestling.

So far, Cuba has claimed 3 gold medals, in addition to 3 silver and 3 bronze at the Tokyo Olympics.
