Messi, considered for a long time as Barcelona's playmaker, finally departed with the Catalonian club last week after citing "financial and structural obstacles."
The six-time Ballon d'Or winner is set to join the ranks of other PSG superstars such as Neymar, DiMaria, Ramos, and Mbappé.
Rumors regarding the contract have floated around previously, after Messi's tearful exit from his 17-year-old home club Barcelona.
