Belgium loses to Egypt in Kuwait friendly before World Cup
Egypt scored a 2-1 win in Kuwait City.
Belgium was stunned by Egypt 2-1 in a pre-World Cup friendly match on Friday evening.
Egypt forward Mostafa Mohamed scored the opener for his team in the 33rd minute in Kuwait City, Kuwait. Trezeguet, another Egypt forward, scored a goal in the 46th minute after a long ball was kicked over by football superstar Mo Salah.
Lois Openda, Belgian player, made a close-range finish in the 76th minute - a consolation goal for the Red Devils.
Egypt, in conclusion, scored a 2-1 win in Kuwait City.
However, Egypt will not be playing in the 2022 FIFA World Cup which will begin on Sunday in Qatar.

In contrast, Belgium will be facing Canada in the first Group F game in Qatar 2022 on November 23. The country scored Bronze medals in the 2018 World Cup.

As the countdown begins for the world's biggest football event, Arab teams are preparing to make the most of this winter's Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The teams of Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and Qatar qualified for the 22nd FIFA World Cup, not to mention that Qatar is the first Arab nation to host a World Cup event.
Egypt was the first Arab country to qualify for an international tournament, doing so for the first time at the 1934 World Cup in Italy, and the Pharaohs remained absent until 1990.
