Carlos Alcaraz claims sensational Wimbledon victory over Djokovic

Carlos Alcaraz, the current world No.1 in men's tennis, secured his first-ever Wimbledon men's singles title on Sunday by defeating world No.2 Novak Djokovic in a thrilling final. Djokovic started strong, winning the first set 6-1 on Center Court.
However, Alcaraz made an impressive comeback, clinching the second set in a 7-6 (8-6) tiebreak and dominating the third set with a 6-1 score. Despite Djokovic's efforts to rally in the fourth set with a 6-3 victory, Alcaraz ultimately claimed the final set 6-4, securing his second major title and becoming the third-youngest men's winner in Wimbledon history.
In the award ceremony, Alcaraz acknowledged Djokovic's influence on his career, while Djokovic graciously congratulated his young opponent. The match was attended by Spain's King Felipe VI, as well as the Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, who watched alongside their children. Princess Kate, as the royal patron of the All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, presented the trophy to Alcaraz.
