New FIFA Ranking: England Ahead of France, as Belgium Maintains Top Spot

The International Football Association "FIFA" issued national team rankings, as Belgium maintained first place, and England overtook France.

The International Federation of Football Association (FIFA), released the new ranking of men's national teams on Thursday.

In this year's rankings, Belgium continued to lead, as England advanced to 3rd place, while France slipped to 4th.

Italy, Europe's champion, maintained 5th place, and Argentina, holder of the Copa America ​​title, remained in 6th place.

Portugal advanced to 7th place replacing Spain, while Denmark entered the top ten list, as the US came in 13th.

FIFA's world top 10 national teams are the following:

1- Belgium

2- Brazil

3- England

4- France

5- Italy

6- Argentina

7- Portugal

8- Spain

9- Mexico

10- Denmark

From the African continent, Senegal achieved the best position, coming in 20th place, while Iran topped the Asian list, coming in at 22nd place globally.

At the Arab level, Tunisia advanced to 25th place globally, topping the list of Arab teams, followed by Algeria (30th globally), Morocco (33th globally), Qatar (43rd globally), and Egypt (48th globally).
