Iraqi group targets Israeli Ministry of Health with cyber attack
After several cyberattacks, one of which was the largest against the Israeli infrastructure, the Israeli Ministry of Health website is out of service today.
The Israeli Ministry of Health website, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, got out of service today, Sunday, as a result of a cyber attack carried out by an Iraqi group. A similar attack took place on July 12, also originating from Baghdad.
It is worth noting that on March 14, Israeli media reported the collapse of all government websites. At the time, it was reported on behalf of the Israeli security and military institutions that "a cyber attack was carried out against government sites and a state of emergency was declared in the National Cyber Security."
An Israeli security source confirmed that "the matter is related to a cyber attack, which is the largest against the Israeli infrastructure."
Previously, on April 20, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Baghdad reported that "an Iraqi cyber group announced that it had launched an attack on Israeli government sites and servers for the second day in a row," explaining that "the site and servers of Ben Gurion Airport were affected."
It also disrupted the websites of Israeli channels 9 and Kan 11 and other Israeli media.
