"Israel" angered by recognition of Palestinian state

Although late and merely symbolic, the recent announcement by Norway, Ireland, and Spain represented a turning point in the international stance on the Palestinian cause, putting pressure on further governments to follow suit amid growing worldwide pro-Palestine protests. However, it remains incomplete as "Israel" continues to occupy the West Bank, kill Palestinians, and approve the building of illegal settlements on stolen Palestinian land, with the absence of powerful and meaningful steps to put an end to these violations that contradict international law.
