Americans protest outside UN headquarters against Netanyahu's speech

Outside of the United Nations Headquarters, thousands gathered in New York City on September 26 as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered his address to the UN. Inside the headquarters, he was met with further rebuke and silent protests, as more than one hundred delegates from over fifty countries walked out as he approached the podium. His visit comes over a week after the UN Commission of Inquiry concluded that "Israel" has committed genocide. Yet, in his speech to the UN, Netanyahu continued to defy and dismiss international pressures, vowing to continue the attacks on Gaza and elsewhere.
