Iraq parliament election's midterm turnout reaches 23.9%, with polls closing at 6 PM

Al Mayadeen English’s correspondent in Iraq, Siraj Ghassani, reported that midterm turnout in the Iraqi general election has reached 23.9% across Iraq’s 18 provinces, with Salah Eddine, Nineveh, and al-Anbar recording the highest participation, each surpassing 30%. With only hours left before polls close, the countdown begins for the preliminary results expected within 24 hours.
