There is a different kind of war in Ukraine, a tragically failed state, looted of its resources by its oligarchs and the United States and NATO. The global media of the financial ‘Empire of Lies’ controlling the narrative concealed the real reasons for the Russian military intervention and its objectives, falsely describing events as a "Russian Invasion".

Sedate Chanceries and foreign offices of the United States and EU turned hysterical, attacking President Putin and calling for his removal and worse; despite prior knowledge of approximately 30 United States of America biological warfare laboratories located in Ukraine in close proximity to the Ukraine-Russian border. It is reported that the United States has 336 bio-warfare laboratories all over the world established in different countries some in collaboration with EU countries. Prima facie these bio-warfare labs in Ukraine are a military threat; a clear and present danger to the people of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. This is apart from other multiple threats and attacks on the Russian speaking minority of Ukraine in Central and Eastern Ukraine and to the Russian Federation from Ukraine controlled by the United States and NATO, militarily, politically, and financially, using Ukraine as an advance military outpost to bleed the Russian Federation in pursuit of the plan of action of the Rand Policy Document of 2019 titled “Over Extending and Unbalancing Russia." This document discloses not only a prior intent, but the document itself is also a declaration of war on Russia, through covert operations and multiple strategies using Ukraine, as well as a financial war to bleed Russia. 

In the face of the documents captured of the nature of bio-warfare labs and the Rand Policy Document 2019, the propaganda of the US and EU leaders and their apologists including the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres among others, that the Russian Federation has no right to ‘Self Defense‘ under  Article 51 of the UN Charter and that this is an ‘invasion’, does not reflect the truth. The votes cast by members of the Security Council and the General Assembly without considering these documents and evidence on record are a nullity in the face of the overwhelming evidence, that the US, NATO, and the Ukrainian leadership were already waging a covert war on the Russian Federation, using all Ukraine's institutions of state, apart from the war on the Russian speaking population of Ukraine. 

Ukraine today is a colony of the United States. Political subversion of the Ukrainian Republic began decades ago, however, it was the 2014 violent ‘Maidan Coup’ directed against a democratically elected President Victor Yanukovych after he declined to sign an agreement with the European Union and was forced to flee that led to direct control of the United States of America and NATO over Ukraine. The coup was monitored, assisted, and controlled by Victoria Nuland, now Under Secretary of State under President Biden’s administration, and a member of the Board of the National Endowment for Democracy. Victoria Nuland nominated members of the government of Ukraine after the coup. 

With the ‘Maidan coup of 2014’, the ‘Nazification’ of Ukraine began by leaps and bounds. Ukrainian fascist organizations and militias using fascist symbols and insignias were revived, let loose on the Ukrainian people. Earlier organizations, such as the OUP were used in Western Ukraine during the Second World War by the Nazi Army for genocidal attacks on Slavs, Poles, and Jews, during the German invasion of Russia, code-named ‘Operation Barbarossa’. Two fascist Ukrainian battalions were recruited and trained by the Nazi Army in Poland, the infamous ‘Nachtigall’ and ‘Roland’ Battalions responsible for mass killings and atrocities on civilians in Ukraine, which exceeded in cruelty the regular German Army. Now under direct United States patronage, a former leader of the fascist organization the OUP, ‘Ukraine for Ukrainians‘, Stepan Bandera, and other fascist leaders complicit in Genocide, War Crimes, and Crimes Against Humanity during the Second World War, have been installed as Ukrainian national heroes by the United States and NATO, with their statutes erected in public squares. What is it about these fascist leaders which appeal to the government of the United States? Why has the United States resurrected a ‘Nazi’ state in Ukraine? Is this evidence of a dual policy of the United States of America and Great Britain, which led to the rise of Hitler’s Nazi party in Germany? Is this a continuation of the old policy to deflect attention from a financial collapse within the United States facing another ‘Great Depression’ caused by too big to fail financial institutions and corporations, using Ukraine for a wider war against the Russian Federation; with the objective of once again economically collapsing Europe by depriving it of cheap Russian energy by declaring a financial war and sanctions on Russia; while attempting to destroy the Russian economy by a military and financial war and at the same time preserving peace on its own territory in North America protected by two oceans, the Atlantic and the Pacific?

The Ukrainian government immediately after the 'Maidan coup', enacted laws and regulations prohibiting the use of the Russian language in schools, in universities, in government, in the media and even for commercial activity; in violation of Ukraine’s earlier Constitution and despite the fact that for over a millennium, Russian had always been spoken in the Ukraine region along with Ukrainian, and even today, more than a third of the population of Ukraine is Russian speaking. Legislators and officials, who did not fall in line, were violently attacked and purged. Azov battalions with Nazi slogans were let loose on the Ukrainian people. These militias launched military attacks along with the Ukrainian Army and National Guard on the Russian-speaking people of Donetsk and Lugansk (now People's Republics), for eight years, slaughtering 14,000 to 16,000 Russian-speaking people. Azov battalions are now merged with the Ukrainian military and National Guard. Heavy weaponry was used against the people of these Russian-speaking regions, with constant and continuous bombardment and shelling of children, women, and men, largely civilian, destroying their homes, schools, hospitals, and administrative buildings. These regions were denied all assistance financial and otherwise by the Ukrainian state. These are acts of ethnic cleansing and genocide to subjugate and reduce the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine and the region. 

The Minsk Agreements for the grant of autonomy within Ukraine for the Russian-speaking regions of Donetsk and Lugansk, negotiated by the Russian Federation with the Ukrainian government and leaders of the European Union, were not implemented for eight years and were discarded with impunity by the puppet Ukrainian government of President Zelensky. Russian-speaking people, political dissenters, and those disagreeing with fascist policies of the Ukraine government controlled by Washington were tortured in several cities and towns. In Odessa, Russian-speaking and Ukrainian workers were killed in the Trade Union building and hurled out from windows to the streets below after torture.

Propagandists of the US-led NATO war machine claim that because President Zelensky and a few others in Ukraine’s government are Jewish, the word ‘Nazi‘ has no application to the Ukraine issue, a feeble attempt to conceal what ‘Nazification’ of Germany was intended to accomplish. This is the same pattern for Ukraine, as we have seen earlier in Europe the creation of a criminalized political entity, based on the merger of political and corporate power to subjugate the people of a country using a contrived theory of a superior or privileged race or religion, threatening national minorities or others; resorting to ethnic cleansing and genocide; and camouflaging the looting of resources of the entire people of the country, while waging war overt or covert against its own national minorities and its working and middle-income citizens including the peasantry, and against other nations targeted for weakening or plunder. This is what Ukraine has become. 

The fact that there is a Jewish head of state in the Ukrainian government - with 80% of cabinet members of Ukraine being citizens of the United States, of a government which claims to be  ‘sovereign’; and though it is reported that some Israeli snipers were used for killings in the Maidan coup and the government of "Israel" had given weapons and military assistance to the government of Ukraine - does not in any way prevent the Ukrainian state from being categorized as ‘Nazi’. The reality of Nazi Germany was and is that whereas “6 million Jews were victims of the holocaust”, 28 million Russian Slavs were killed by the Nazi State and its army, the ‘Wehrmacht’, by SS storm troopers and fascist battalions of Western Ukraine and other countries of Europe; with hundreds of thousands of Russians used in slave labor. The greater “holocaust” was that of the Slavs. Six million Jews, many of Slavic origin, also shared this fate. This history is attempted to be glossed over by Europe and the United States by focusing only on the “Jewish holocaust”, to conceal the real war aims of Nazi Germany. The destruction of the Soviet Union was one of the primary objectives of World War II, delayed for a few years by the strategic diplomacy of Josef Stalin who initially proposed an alliance against Hitler, rejected by Great Britain and France, among others of the Western Alliance system, and won a temporary reprieve from the invasion by an agreement with Nazi Germany, aware that this would not last. Whereas the ‘Gulag’ is extensively referred to in Europe and people did suffer in these years; there is a little reflection that Josef Stalin and the Red Army saved the people of Europe from barbaric fascism. After liberation by the Red Army, Europe could restore democratic traditions, which today are once again under serious threat.

The European Union has generally treated East Europe, the region populated by Slavs as a ‘periphery’, to be economically exploited. Ukraine has been deliberately converted into a ‘Nazi’ entity, at a moment of a severe economic crisis of the Western world, like in Nazi Germany, though the details of the strategy are similar and yet different.

Ukraine is being used by the US and NATO for aggression on Russia, to once again enslave both Ukraine and Russia by military and financial means. Ukrainian State propaganda, Ukrainian Azov battalions, Ukrainian National Guard, and a section of the Ukrainian Army, directly controlled by NATO, treat the Russian-speaking population of Ukraine as ‘subhuman’, inferior in language and culture, dispensable. The United States has encouraged the anti-Russian campaign of the Ukrainian government to wage a covert war on Russia.

Just as the Nazi Army, the ‘Wehrmacht’, recruited battalions from all countries of Europe and its peripheral regions which were subjugated; similarly Ukraine’s government, on instructions from the United States and NATO, are recruiting mercenaries with promotion campaigns inviting mercenary recruitment into the Ukrainian Army. Recruits are assured two thousand dollars per day, which is sixty thousand dollars a month in the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America; in a manner similar to the recruitment of ISIS mercenaries for the war on Syria. ISIS fighters are also being brought to Ukraine along with trained mercenaries from Kosovo, and former military veterans recruited by Security Agencies such as Blackwater among others, even as the Ukrainian army melts away with thousands deserting. These are the legions of a weakening ‘Financial Empire’ in a crisis stealing financial and other resources around the world by waging war after war, devouring country after country continuously since 2001 and even earlier. In Ukraine, without protests from Human Rights NGOs, opposition party members are terrorized and killed, as was the pattern in Nazi Germany. The key question is: Are we seeing a Fourth Reich? But this time it’s of the United States and NATO powers.

The existence of biological warfare laboratories in Ukraine was disclosed by the military spokesman of the Russian Federation. A detailed statement was made to the international press on the location of these laboratories and the nature of documents seized. The Russian Federation immediately called an urgent meeting of the Security Council to place on record the nature of the bioweapons research conducted at these laboratories and the United States' attempt to destroy this evidence. Victoria Nuland, Under Secretary of State, who was summoned before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, admitted the existence of bioweapons laboratories and their purposes. The WHO made a statement that they had advised the Ukrainian government to destroy lethal pathogens in these laboratories.

Victoria Nuland is a key player in the tragedy of Ukraine, along with Hunter Biden, the son of the President of the United States of America, a former member of the Board of Burisma Holdings, one of the largest producers of Natural Gas in Ukraine, paid $50,000 a month by Burisma Holdings, Ukraine, while his father was Vice President in the administration of President Obama. The disclosure of the nature of the research being carried out at these bioweapons laboratories is of serious concern to governments and peoples, meriting a Resolution of the General Assembly to condemn the United States and all those collaborating in bioweapons research in Ukraine; as these research activities relate to gain of function bioweapons research in violation of the Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention of 1975. These weapons of mass destruction are a clear and present danger to the Russian Federation, to the people of Ukraine, and to people everywhere. The seriousness of this threat is to be found in the document titled ‘The Project of the New American Century’, co-founded by Robert Kagan, the husband of Victoria Nuland and a ‘Neoconservative’, which openly supports the use of biological warfare by the United States, in violation of international conventions prohibiting biological warfare. The global experience of the ‘Pandemic’, leading to the death of millions, with all economic activity, brought to a halt by ‘Lockdowns’, not yet investigated by any independent scientific and medical fact-finding committee should alert the international community.

The existence of bioweapons laboratories and their outsourcing to countries such as Ukraine, used as a military base and a weapons platforms for production and stockpiling of such weapons, constitutes a threat to peace calling for urgent action by the Security Council or General Assembly under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations which calls for ‘Action with Respect to Threats to the Peace and Breaches of the Peace and Acts of Aggression‘ by Ukraine and the United States and any NATO power assisting in this production of bioweapons. In the Second World War, Unit 731 of the Japanese Kwantung Army had carried out such research and unleashed biological warfare in Manchuria and other regions in China along with Unit 100. Those in charge of this program including Lt. General Shiro Ishii and General Masaji Kitano were granted political immunity for war crimes by the United States of America, who took over their expertise and research.

The Russian military intervention in Ukraine in ‘Self Defense’ has several objectives: To implement the United States and NATO solemn agreement with President Gorbachev that NATO would not expand to Central and East Europe after the reunification of Germany and withdrawal of Russian troops from Europe; to ‘demilitarize ‘ and  ‘de-Nazify’ Ukraine; to ‘Neutralize’ Ukraine with guarantees from the US, NATO, EU, and Russia; to establish a nuclear-free zone in Ukraine to be extended to Central and Eastern Europe; and to remove all US nuclear weapons from Non-Nuclear Weapon States of Europe, in conformity with the Treaty on the Non–Proliferation of Nuclear weapons. The objective of the Russian Federation is not occupation, it is to ensure the long term peace and security in the region by restoring ‘Sovereignty’ of the Ukrainian Republic and upholding the Right to National Self- Determination of the Russian speaking Peoples Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, on the lines of US, NATO, and EU recognition of the states of former Yugoslavia.
