Following its early Friday aggression on Iranian territory, the Israeli occupation has begun enacting widespread emergency measures, bracing for a potential retaliation from the Islamic Republic of Iran. The escalation comes after "Israel" launched airstrikes targeting Iranian nuclear and military infrastructure, as well as civilian areas.

According to Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in the occupied West Bank, Israeli occupation authorities suspended all public transportation across both the 1948 occupied Palestinian territories and al-Quds amid reports that Iranian drones had been launched in the first tier of the Iranian retaliation for the Israeli aggression on Iranian territories.
In Tel Aviv, seven underground train stations were opened for "public shelter use, following orders from the Home Front Command, in anticipation of incoming strikes."
Airlines flee 'Israel'
In the hours following the widespread Israeli airstrikes on Iranian territory, several Israeli airlines, including El Al, Arkia, and Israir, began moving their aircraft out of the occupied territories in anticipation of retaliation from the Islamic Republic.
According to a spokesperson for Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport, the aircraft were relocated “without passengers” as a precaution, Israeli media reported. The airport was closed until further notice on Friday as emergency protocols were activated across the occupied entity.
Israir announced that it was evacuating and repositioning its aircraft as part of a contingency plan “developed over the past few days.” The airline did not specify its destinations but confirmed the move was coordinated in light of the escalating situation.
Similarly, El Al stated it was relocating aircraft “to our destinations,” while Arkia declined to disclose where its planes were being moved.
Flight tracking data from Flightradar24 confirmed that several aircraft departed from Tel Aviv, with Israir flights landing in Cyprus and El Al aircraft heading to various airports across Europe.
Israeli health system under pressure: Hospitals enter emergency mode
The Israeli Health Ministry declared a full-scale emergency protocol across all hospitals, ordering the activation of fortified underground medical facilities and halting all non-essential services.
Outpatient clinics, elective procedures, and routine treatments were suspended. Only critical care operations, such as dialysis, remain functional. Mother-and-child centers and health maintenance organizations (HMOs) have also scaled back, operating under emergency thresholds.
To reduce vulnerability, hospitals were instructed to discharge non-critical patients and transfer them home or to alternate care sites. Health officials are working closely with the military, the Home Front Command, and Magen David Adom to brace for large-scale retaliation.
Health system operating 'on fine line between routine, wartime'
Israeli outlet Walla reported that the Israeli health system is now operating “on the fine line between routine and wartime,” reflecting deep concerns over the magnitude of Iran’s impending response.
Meanwhile, Israeli settlers have been instructed to avoid medical facilities unless urgently required. Most services have transitioned online, while nurse hotlines and pediatric care are being maintained around the clock.
As "Israel" braces for inevitable retaliation, Iran has reaffirmed that any response will be proportionate, precise, and firmly rooted in its legitimate right to self-defense under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
Earlier today, senior Iranian political figures pledged a decisive and uncompromising response to the Israeli aggression, directly holding the United States responsible for enabling the attack and warning that accountability will extend far beyond the battlefield.
