'Israel' kills 200 Palestinians in 24 hours amid genocide in Gaza
The Israeli occupation forces escalated their aggression on Gaza, concentrating their shelling on central Gaza and killing over 200 people in the blockaded strip.
The Israeli occupation on Wednesday continued its brutal aggression on Gaza for the 46th day, killing dozens of civilians before the temporary ceasefire goes into effect on Thursday.
The Israeli occupation's airstrikes have been concentrated on central Gaza over the past few hours, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported, with the Indonesian hospital still being besieged for the third day as the Israeli occupation's firepower has been targeting any movement in its vicinity.
The reporter added that the airstrikes targeted the vicinity of the Saladin mosque in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City amid renewed air strikes on the projects in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza.
Some 200 martyrs arrived at the Gaza Strip's hospitals over the past 24 hours, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported, adding that five people were martyred and dozens of others were wounded in airstrikes on al-Jnaineh neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza.
The bodies of 111 martyrs were transported from northern Gaza to the south as they were slated to be buried in mass graves.
The large number of casualties comes amid a catastrophic healthcare situation in Gaza, with the majority of hospitals being out of service, especially in the north, due to the lack of fuel and medical equipment.
The government media office in Gaza requested that all of the Gaza Strip's governorates be supplied with the required fuel and medical equipment to get the hospitals and medical centers up and running again after they were taken out of service by the Israeli occupation's atrocious aggression.
The government also requested that all of Gaza's governorates be supplied with foodstuff and urgent humanitarian aid.
Number of martyrs on the rise
The Government Media Office in Gaza announced Wednesday that the number of martyrs has surpassed 14,532. Children and women now constitute more than 69% of Palestinians killed by the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The Media Office confirmed that 120 Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip were martyred on Tuesday, while the fate of dozens remains unknown as they remain stuck under the rubble with most of them presumed dead.
So far, the agency has recorded more than 1,354 massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces. Moreover, 6,800 people have been reported missing, most of whom are stuck under the rubble across the Gaza Strip while others are scattered dead on the streets inaccessible to emergency services.
Furthermore, the Media Office revealed that more than 33,000 people have been injured by Israeli bombs and gunfire, 75% of which are women and children.
"Israel's" aggression has also erased many sites of cultural significance to Gazans, destroying 83 mosques and damaging 170 mosques and 3 churches.

"Israel's" genocide in Gaza has led to the destruction and damage of more than 60% of housing units in the Gaza Strip. In detail, 230,000 housing units were partially destroyed, while 44,000 were completely destroyed.
The Israeli occupation has also heavily targeted medical institutions and journalists, killing 205 medical workers, 22 civil defense workers, and 62 journalists. In addition, 26 hospitals and 56 medical centers have been put out of service due to the Israeli siege and the occupation's deliberate bombing of medical institutions.
The Media Office reported that the occupation forces targeted Al-Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of several individuals inside the hospital.
The Media Office concluded its statement, urging Arab and Islamic countries to take serious action to open the Rafah border crossing to ensure the entry of aid, medical supplies, and fuel to hospitals.
