The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported that 48 people were killed and 142 others were injured across the Gaza Strip in 24 hours due to ongoing Israeli aggression. Hospitals continue to receive victims as airstrikes and shelling persist in multiple areas.
A significant number of casualties remain trapped under rubble or lying in the streets, unreachable by ambulance and civil defense teams due to intense bombardment and access restrictions.
Since the start of the Israeli genocide in Gaza on October 7, 2023, the death toll has reached 52,615, with 118,752 injured. In just the most recent phase, since March 18, 2025, Gaza has recorded 2,507 martyrs and 6,711 injuries.

The Israeli occupation army continues its campaign against residential areas, demolishing buildings east of Gaza City, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis.
Gaza hospitals on brink of collapse within 48 hours
Meanwhile, the Government Media Office in Gaza announced that the Gaza hospitals are on the brink of collapse within 48 hours due to the ongoing blockade.
The office condemned "in the strongest terms" the Israeli crime of preventing fuel from reaching hospitals and called on international humanitarian and medical organizations to take action to prevent the collapse of the healthcare system in the Strip.

In yet another post on X, UNRWA shared the story of Insherah, a resident of Jabalia, who described the desperate conditions her family faces after weeks under Israeli siege.
“I came to get the flour from under the shelling and the bombing, just so I could feed myself and my children… But it’s all scattered on the ground,” she said, recounting her attempt to retrieve food from the ruins of her destroyed home.
After being forcibly displaced, Insherah had left a bag of flour behind; upon returning, she found her house demolished and the food ruined.

This account is one of many that underscore the severity of the situation, as families in Gaza continue to sift through rubble in search of basic sustenance.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has reiterated its urgent demand for immediate humanitarian access to the Gaza Strip, stressing that essential supplies, including food and medicine, must be allowed in without delay.
With the siege now in its third month, UNRWA warns that continued restrictions will only deepen the suffering of civilians already facing starvation and displacement.
