The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that it has received the bodies of 30 martyrs, released by the Israeli occupation today through the International Red Cross, bringing the total number of martyr bodies received to 120.
The Ministry confirmed that some of the bodies show signs of mutilation, beating, bound hands, and blindfolds, noting that the identities of only four of the martyrs have been recognized by their families so far.
The Gaza Health Ministry added that its medical teams continue to manage the bodies according to established medical procedures and protocols, as they work to complete the examination, documentation, and final release to the families.
On Wednesday, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced it received 45 martyrs' bodies, which the Israeli occupation had released.
It reported that 45 unidentified martyrs' bodies that the occupation had held were received, and these remains have not been added to the cumulative toll of martyrs, which has reached 67,938 killed and 170,169 injured since October 7, 2023.
Hamas adheres to ceasefire, 'Israel' violates
Meanwhile, on October 15, the al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Resistance movement, announced that the Resistance had fully complied with the terms of the current agreement, having handed over all living Israeli captives in addition to the bodies it was able to retrieve.
In a statement posted on its account on X, the al-Qassam Brigades said that "what remains of the bodies requires significant efforts and specialized equipment to locate and recover," while stressing that they are "exerting great effort to close this file."
"Israel", on the other hand, proceeded to violate the ceasefire, launching drone strikes across the Gaza Strip and killing seven people.
Israeli media outlets admitted that the occupation's military resumed its attacks on October 13, just three days after the ceasefire came into effect, reigniting tensions amid the ongoing humanitarian devastation in the besieged territory.
Our correspondents confirmed that five Palestinians were martyred after being targeted by Israeli drones in the al-Shujaiya neighborhood east of Gaza City, while also reporting that Israeli occupation forces struck the Halawa displacement camp in Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Strip, which resulted in several displaced civilians being injured.
In the southern Gaza Strip, a Palestinian man was killed and another was injured in a drone strike on al-Fakhari, east of Khan Younis, while Israeli drones also dropped bombs near Aabasan Clinic and on Abu Salah Street in Abasan al-Kabira.
