The Palestinian Resistance remains steadfast in the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood for the ninth month since its start, incurring heavy losses in Israeli ranks, throughout the fierce confrontations it undertakes on several combat axes across Gaza.

The Israeli occupation forces, thus, revealed the death of a colonel in the engineering corps during the battles in the southern Gaza Strip, which raised the death toll in its ranks since October 7 to 680 officers and soldiers, admitted by "Israel".

Under the "permitted to publish" clause, the Israeli forces admitted that a company commander in the 601st Engineering Corps Battalion was killed during confrontations in the southern Gaza Strip.

With the death of the colonel, the number of killed occupation soldiers in the battles of the Gaza Strip has risen to 680 since October 7, 2023.

In a separate statement, the occupation army revealed that another soldier was wounded in a rocket attack launched by the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah - toward al-Jalil, in the occupied north.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Army Radio said at least three individuals were wounded, including an Israeli soldier and an American citizen, by anti-tank missiles launched by Hezbollah toward Zar'it.

Day 275: Palestinian Resistance's operations

On day 275 of the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, the Palestinian Resistance announced that its factions carried out a series of operations across several confrontation axes in the Gaza Strip.

The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas movement, engaged an Israeli Merkava 4 tank and two Israeli Armored Personnel Carriers (APC), using al-Yassin 105 shells, in the center of the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah. Another Merkava 4 was targeted by the Brigades using a Shawaz explosive device.

In the al-Shujaiya neighborhood, an Israeli Merkava 4 tank was hit by an al-Yassin 105 shell, in Baghdad Street.

The al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement (PIJ), reported fierce confrontations against the Israeli occupation forces (IOF), in incursion areas in westernmost Rafah, using anti-tank and other appropriate weapons.

The Brigades' fighters also engaged occupation soldiers stationed at the Rafah crossing gate and its vicinity, as well as occupation soldiers and vehicles in the al-Shujaiya neighborhood, with mortar shells.

In a joint operation, the al-Nasser Salah al-Din Brigades and the al-Quds Brigades engaged Israeli soldier gatherings in the Nahal Oz military site with a barrage of rockets.

On its part, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades fiercely confronted Israeli occupation forces and vehicles using the appropriate weapons, on all combat axes in westernmost Rafah.

Its fighters also targeted Israeli positions and military vehicles stationed at the Rafah crossing and its vicinity, using several mortar shells, as well as the supply lines along the Netzarim axis, with a salvo of 107mm rockets and heavy-caliber mortar shells.

The National Resistance Brigades - the Omar al-Qassem Forces, also announced that its fighters targeted Israeli occupation forces in the al-Shujaiya neighborhood.
