Iranian air defense systems successfully repelled a wave of Israeli aggression early Saturday, intercepting hostile targets over Tehran and Isfahan.

According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, multiple explosions were heard in the eastern outskirts of the capital, with at least three blasts reported as air defenses responded swiftly to Israeli incursions.

In Isfahan, the Deputy Governor confirmed that "Israel" launched aerial assaults targeting several areas in the province, including the vicinity of a nuclear site. However, Iranian defense systems effectively neutralized the threats.

"Most of the explosions heard were the result of our air defense operations," the official explained, noting that the enemy attacks failed to inflict any casualties.

He reassured the public that no dangerous materials were released during the attempted strike, stating there is "no cause for concern."

In a parallel security success, Iranian authorities have dismantled a significant espionage network.

Mehr News Agency reported the arrest of 22 individuals suspected of collaborating with Israeli intelligence services.

Additionally, eight spies were apprehended while attempting to flee across Iran's western border.

Martyrs in Qom

While the bulk of Israeli strikes were intercepted, the enemy managed to target a residential building in the Salarieh district of Qom, south of Tehran. The aggression resulted in the martyrdom of two civilians and left several others wounded.

The Islamic Republic has consistently affirmed that it will not tolerate aggression against its people, territory, or sovereign institutions.

As Israeli provocations escalate, Iran stands firm in its right to self-defense, bolstered by the unity of its people and the strength of its defensive capabilities.

Qatar’s Foreign Ministry issued a warning on Friday over the dangers arising from "Israel's" targeting of Iran's economic infrastructure, calling the escalation “dangerous” and likely to lead to “catastrophic regional and international consequences,” including negative impacts on global energy supply stability.

In an official statement, the ministry said that continued military escalation “does not serve the security of the region,” and urged all parties to “avoid targeting civilian and economic facilities.”

The statement added that Doha is making “intensive efforts with its partners” to bring all sides back to the path of dialogue and to address outstanding issues in a manner that promotes regional security and stability.
