100 children killed, injured every day in Gaza: UNICEF
According to the Government Media Office in Gaza, three percent of the 17,000 orphaned children in the region have tragically lost both parents due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.
According to James Elder, Spokesperson for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), 100 children are killed or injured in Gaza every day, and he warned that the situation is to worsen "if the war does not stop."
Palestinian Shahab news agency cited Elder on Monday warning that Palestinians in Gaza, especially children, are suffering significantly as a result of the prolonged aggression
He highlighted that if help is not allowed into the Gaza Strip, the situation would worsen.
In a heartwrenching revelation, the Government Media Office in Gaza reported that over 17,000 children have become orphans since the start of the Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza more than eight months ago.
More shockingly, according to the Government Media Office in Gaza, three percent of the orphaned children in the region have tragically lost both parents due to the ongoing Israeli aggression.
Save the Children, a leading humanitarian organization for children, reported that around 21,000 Palestinian children are believed to be missing due to "Israel’s" intense attacks on Gaza. This estimate includes approximately 17,000 children who are separated from their families and unaccompanied, as well as about 4,000 children who are feared to be missing under the rubble.
The organization also highlighted that some children might have been buried in unmarked graves, while others have forcibly disappeared, including those abducted and taken out of Gaza.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) previously reported that more than 50,000 children in Gaza are experiencing severe malnutrition due to ongoing restrictions on humanitarian a
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) called Israeli actions in Gaza "lawless behavior," criticizing the recent Israeli strikes on the al-Shati refugee camp in northern Gaza, killing at least 50 Palestinians.
These "attacks appear to be disproportionate in that they would be expected to cause incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians, and damage to civilian objects excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated," according to the bureau.
With every update from #Gaza's Government Media Office, humanity faces a crucial test of its conscience.

IOF use 3 Palestinian children as human shields
In May, a report by the Defense for Children International (DCI) was able to prove three different instances during which Israeli occupation forces used Palestinian children as human shields in the West Bank.
The children were forced to walk in front of occupation forces as they raided the alleyways of the Nur Shams refugee camp and the homes of Palestinians in its vicinity.
According to the report, Israeli soldiers allegedly used two Palestinian children as human shields by placing rifles on their shoulders and firing shots in two incidents.
Another child recounted how Israeli occupation forces separated him from his family during a raid on their apartment.
Subsequently, he was coerced to knock on neighbors' doors, urging them to leave.
