100+ Saudi-led coalition violations in Yemen recorded
A Yemeni military source says the Saudi-led coalition aggression shelled civilian property and army and popular committees sites in several Yemeni provinces.
A military source recorded Wednesday 103 violations by the Saudi-led coalition, with its spy planes and warplanes launching airstrikes on several Yemeni provinces during the past 24 hours.
According to the official, the coalition targeted the Al-Hadd area in Lahj province, and established three combat fortifications in the area, as well as in the Umm Rish area in Marib province and the Al-Dahrah village in Jizan, Saba news agency reported.
The military source also pointed out that the Saudi-led coalition targeted sites for the Yemeni Armed Forces and the popular committees with 86 missiles and artillery shells in several areas in the Marib, Hajjah, Saada, Jawf, and Taiz provinces.
The Saudi-led coalition aggression shelled civilian property and other army and popular committees sites in Saada and west of Haradh in Hajjah with 38 artillery bombardments
It is noteworthy that Karam Al-Mashreqi, commander of the eighth sector of the UAE-backed Security Belt Forces, was shot dead Wednesday morning by unknown gunmen in the Sheikh Othman district of Aden, southern Yemen.
Al-Bakhiti: Strikes against countries of aggression will continue
In an interview for Al Mayadeen, a member of the Ansar Allah Movement's political council Muhammad Al-Bakhiti said the siege of Yemen is a military one and its continuation is considered a continuation of military action, which means the strikes against the countries of aggression will continue.
He explained that the countries of aggression must end their aggression, stop the siege, and withdraw their forces from Yemen, noting that "Saudi Arabia knows that Ansar Allah will not agree to participate in the call for dialogue in Riyadh."
Al-Bakhiti said that "the announcement of the Saudi coalition to stop military operations is meaningless if the siege on Yemen is not lifted."
The Saudi coalition announced Tuesday the suspension of military operations in Yemen, and stated that "the cessation of military operations inside Yemen comes to make the consultations successful and create a positive environment for peacemaking."
