The health condition of Palestinian prisoner, Ghadanfar Abu Atwan, has seriously deteriorated as he entered his 53rd day of hunger strike at the “Israeli Kaplan Medical Center”, according to his sister.

Ghadanfar Abu Atwan’s sister assured in a video that “Ghadanfar will continue his hunger strike until he gains his freedom.”

“He has only one demand. He wants his freedom,” she added.

The Palestinian prisoner's sister said that the administrative ruling against her brother continues as he enters the 53rd day of the hunger strike, despite the deterioration of his health.

Abu Atwan was admitted to the hospital as his health condition deteriorated due to his continued hunger strike.

Besides, Dura residents staged a solidarity march in support of Abu Atwan. Citizens held up posters of Abu Atwan and chanted slogans demanding his release.
