The Lebanese Presidency announced Monday that parliamentary consultations to choose a new Prime Minister begin on July 26 following Saad Hariri's resignation.

Lebanese Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri resigned Thursday in a letter he gave to Lebanese President Michel Aoun.
A statement by the presidency today, Monday, said President Aoun would be holding formal consultations in the presidential palace to designate a new PM.
