8-year-old Yemeni child shot dead by Saudi-led aggression sniper
The Saudi-led coalition is behind the murder of yet another child in war-torn Yemen, yet the world remains silent.
The Human Rights Office in Taiz Governorate condemned the US-Saudi aggression for their crimes against civilians, as well as the shelling of residential areas.
The Office revealed in a statement the murder of an 8-year-old child, Ihab Malik Qassem Saeed Qaid, by a sniper of the US-Saudi mercenaries near his house in the village of Habeel Thaba in Mawiyah District, Al Masirah reported.
It held the mercenaries responsible for the aggression, which led to the crime, as well as the international community for its ongoing silence over these repeated crimes. It urged all national and local organizations to take on their humanitarian responsibilities, keep an eye out for these crimes, document them, and work to bring their perpetrators to justice.

Security is in disarray in Taiz and other Southern governorates that are the target of US-Saudi aggression, and crimes are happening almost every day. They see a rise in assassinations of military and security officials, as well as social and religious tendencies, kidnappings, bombings, and clashes between militants vying for power among them.
A citizen was recently murdered in front of his wife by an armed group of US-Saudi mercenaries in Al-Shamaytayn district in Taiz governorate. Taiz is under the control of aggressive forces. According to local sources, Ali Al-Azazi, the citizen, was shot and killed in front of his wife, who was shocked beyond belief, as the shooter fled the scene. In the same sense, a citizen was killed by Saudi mercenaries' sniper gunfire in Taiz governorate.

A citizen was hurt earlier by several pieces of shrapnel that were scattered after the US-Saudi aggression's mercenaries attacked a chicken farm in Taiz's Rabat neighborhood.
The humanitarian community is now concerned about the security chaos in the southern governorates, according to the United Nations. Ghada Mudawi, the deputy director of operations, assured the Security Council that workers' concerns about security are a result of an increase in car theft attempts, kidnappings, and other attacks.

The Saudi-led war in Yemen, backed by the United States and regional allies, has left hundreds of thousands of Yemenis dead and millions displaced. It has also destroyed Yemen’s infrastructure and spread famine and infectious diseases in the country.
