Abdul Salam: Saudi Arabia must take warning seriously
The head of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Mohammad Abdul Salam says the US seeks to drag Saudi Arabia into a war with Yemen in "Israel's" favor, reaffirming what Sayyed Abdul-Malik-al-Houthi said earlier.
The head of the Sanaa negotiating delegation, Mohammad Abdul Salam, has warned, on Thursday, of a dangerous move orchestrated by the United States to ignite a war against Yemeni banks operating in the capital, Sanaa.
In a post on X, Abdul Salam stated that this step aims to "entangle other countries, including Saudi Arabia, in a war to starve the Yemeni people."
He added that the United States seeks to drag Saudi Arabia into this war in service of "Israel" and as a punishment for the Yemeni people who continue to conduct operations in defense of the Palestinian people, Resistance, and cause.
Abdul Salam then emphasized that "this step will have serious consequences for the entire region," and called on Saudi Arabia to "avoid falling into this American trap and to prioritize the interests of the Yemeni people above all else."
He stressed the seriousness of the warning from the leader of the Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, to Saudi Arabia about the consequences of getting involved in this war.
Sayyed al-Houthi: Saudi Arabia would face deep trouble
Economically, the Yemeni leader, Sayyed al-Houthi, deemed the targeting of banks in Sanaa an economic aggression, warning that Saudi Arabia would face deep trouble if it got involved in this aggression in "Israel’s" favor.
He explained that the pressure imposed on banks in Sanaa is part of American steps to support the Israeli occupation entity, adding that the US is trying to implicate the Saudis in this aggressive act.
