BREAKING
Sheikh Qassem: Our supporters make up more than half of Lebanon's population, and all of these people are united under the banner of protecting Lebanon, its Resistance, its people, and its integrity.
Sheikh Qassem: There will be no phased handing in of our arms. [The Israelis] must first enact the agreement before we start talking about a defensive strategy.
Sheikh Qassem: Be brave in the face of foreign pressures, and we will be by your side in this stance.
Sheikh Qassem: Stripping us of our arms is like stripping us of our very soul, and this will prompt us to show them our might.
Sheikh Qassem: We will not abandon our arms, for they gave us dignity; we will not abandon our arms, for they protect us against our enemy.
Sheikh Qassem: The US efforts we are seeing are aimed at sabotaging Lebanon and constitute a call for sedition.
Sheikh Qassem: If you truly want to establish sovereignty and work for Lebanon’s interests, then stop the aggression.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States, which is meddling in Lebanon, is not trustworthy but rather poses a danger to it.
Sheikh Qassem: The United States is preventing the weapons that protect the homeland.
Sheikh Qassem: The government’s latest decision [on the disarmament of the Resistance] is non-charter-based, and if the government continues down this path, it is not faithful to Lebanon’s sovereignty.

The Director General of "Israel’s" Ministry of Security, Major General (Res.) Eyal Zamir has informed new Security Minister Israel Katz of his intent to resign soon, according to Israeli media.

As reported by Times of Israel, Zamir’s resignation request came during his first meeting with Katz on Friday, following the dismissal of former Security Minister Yoav Gallant. However, at Katz’s request, Zamir has agreed to remain in his position for the time being.

Zamir’s decision reportedly surprised security officials, as his expertise is viewed as essential for maintaining the continuity of "Israel’s" war efforts amid recent leadership changes. Katz, who has limited security experience, is said to rely heavily on Zamir’s background.

The report noted that Zamir previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Israeli military, was twice nominated for the top military position, and was appointed Director General of the Ministry by Gallant last year. He also served as military secretary to Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israeli media reported no immediate indication of Zamir’s potential replacement.

This resignation, along with Gallant’s dismissal, underscores divisions and a trust crisis among Israeli officials as conflicts continue on multiple fronts. Some Israeli officials criticized Netanyahu’s decision to dismiss Gallant and appoint Katz, arguing that Katz "will lack the trust of the security and military establishments" due to the political motivations behind his appointment.

It is important to note that Netanyahu's move to dismiss Gallant and replace him with Katz has sparked wide-range division within the Israeli occupation's settler community, with some accusing Netanyahu of seeking to self-centered interests.

Netanyahu responds to 'witch hunt' media attacks

Earlier, the Israeli occupation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called the recent Israeli media attacks against his office as a "wild and uncontrolled attack," accusing the media and internal sources of orchestrating a "witch hunt" aimed at undermining his leadership during the ongoing war on Gaza.

Netanyahu has called for an urgent investigation into a series of security leaks involving "state secrets" since the start of the war on Gaza, which have sparked a growing scandal, implicating officials within the premier's office, including his security spokesperson.

In a statement made public over the weekend, Netanyahu claimed there was misinformation flooding the media since the start of the war. The leaks, according to Netanyahu, have been "criminal and serious" and have often been accompanied by "lies and baseless slanders," which he believes are not only harming his office but also endangering national security.

"While the government and the cabinet I lead are working tirelessly to repel our enemies, I am managing the war and deflecting international attacks, yet we now face another front — the fake news from the media," Netanyahu said.

He went on to reveal that critical leaks, some of which originated from high-level government discussions, have compromised the occupation's security by providing sensitive information to the Lebanese and Palestinian resistance movements, as well as Iran.

He also alleged that such leaks hindered the efforts for a captive agreement and endangered the life of Israeli occupation forces.
