Al Mayadeen extends sincerest condolences to colleague Wael al-Dahdouh
Al Mayadeen received with deepest sorrow the news of the martyrdom of our colleague Wael al-Dahdouh's wife, son, daughter, and grandson, along with other members of his family.
Al Mayadeen Media Network extends its sincerest condolences to colleague Wael al-Dahdouh, Director of Al-Jazeera's Gaza bureau. who was shaken by the heinous crime the Israeli occupation committed on Wednesday. In one strike, the Israeli occupation took the lives of al-Dahdouh's wife, son, daughter, and grandson.
Al-Dahdouh's residence in Nuseirat camp, a place the family had sought refuge in after being forcibly displaced under the indiscriminate Israeli bombing, was targeted by Israeli warplanes.
Al Mayadeen issued a statement extending its sincerest condolences to colleague Wael al-Dahdouh. Hereunder is the full statement:
"It is with profound shock and deep sorrow that we at Al Mayadeen received the heartbreaking news of the martyrdom of the wife, son, daughter, and grandson of our esteemed colleague, Wael al-Dahdouh, along with several other of his beloved relatives.
With a sincere expression of brotherly sympathy and human solidarity, Al Mayadeen extends its deepest condolences to our brother, Wael.
We wholeheartedly pray that Allah grants him the strength of patience and solace during this tremendously difficult time, with a steadfast belief in a divinely blessed and peaceful abode for his beloved departed, righteous martyrs.
