Al-Qassam destroys Israeli vehicles, kills soldiers in fresh ops
The al-Qassam Brigades are carrying out momentous resistance operations against the invading Israeli forces in central and northern Gaza as the aggression unfolds.
The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced a series of operations targeting Israeli military vehicles in the Gaza Strip over the past few days, resulting in confirmed losses.
In a statement, al-Qassam reported that on Friday afternoon, they targeted an Israeli D9 military bulldozer type with a Sadmiya improvised explosive device, leading to its destruction and the killing of those inside.
On Saturday morning, the al-Qassam Brigades destroyed a Merkava tank using a Shawaz explosive device in the Safatwi area, north of Gaza City.
Additionally, on Saturday, al-Qassam confirmed targeting another Merkava tank with a Yassin-105 missile in the al-Mufti area, north of the al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. After several injured soldiers exited the tank, it was hit again with an RPG shell.
The Brigades also reported targeting two Merkava tanks near the Khayyat junction in the al-Jeninah neighborhood, east of Rafah, with two Yassin-105 anti-tank RPGs.
The Israeli occupation admitted on Saturday the death of a platoon commander from the engineering battalion during battles in the Gaza Strip.
'Israel' ethnic cleansing northern Gaza
Hamas, the Palestinian Resistance movement, called on Saturday for the formation of an international commission to investigate the use of internationally banned weapons by the Israeli occupation forces in northern Gaza, which led to the vaporization of bodies.
The movement based its call on the horrific testimonies of citizens and doctors in northern Gaza after airstrikes and massacres targeting innocent civilians, confirming cases of targeting with weapons and ammunition that cause bodies to vaporize.
Hamas urged the international community and the United Nations to form a specialized international investigation committee to enter northern Gaza, uncover the nature of the munitions used by the Israeli occupation army, and investigate these unknown injuries and conditions. These have so far led to the martyrdom of nearly 3,000 Palestinians and the injury of more than 10,000, mostly children and women.
The movement stated that the international community, the United Nations, and Arab and Islamic countries are responsible for stopping these ongoing violations and massacres in Gaza, which have continued for 420 days.
It also called for the swift prosecution of Israeli war criminals for their crimes against humanity.
