Al-Qassam fighters engage IOF on seven fronts outside Gaza: Statement
Hamas' military wing and other Palestinian factions confirm that their fighters continue to engage occupation forces in several Gaza Envelope settlements.
Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced that its fighters continue to confront Israeli occupation forces in Envelope settlements, the Resistance group stated.
Fighters of the Brigades are engaged in "fierce confrontation in several sites" including "Ofakim", "Sderot", "Yad Mordechai", "Kafar Azza", "Be'eri", "Yated", and "Kissufim".
The statement revealed that its artillery detachments are supporting the fighters with cover fire, as they utilize artillery rockets to this end.
In another statement, Hamas' military wing said it was able to reinforce and provide supplies to the fighters on several fronts overnight and in the early morning, which encompassed the "Sufa" military site and kibbutz, as well as "Yated" and "Holit".

The military correspondent of Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, said that the Resistance group's fighters are still engaged with the IOF on several fronts in the Gaza envelope settlements.
This comes as the National Resistance Brigades, the military wing of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), announced that its fighters are also confronting occupation forces in "Kfar Azza", "Be'eri", and "Kissufim", marking the Resistance unity and determination in strife for liberation.
The sites in which the Palestinian Resistance is engaged with the IOF are part of the Gaza Envelope settlements, which were occupied in 1948. The areas were home to Palestinians who were forced out of them and transported to "prison camps", which later became to be known as the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Resistance's advance onto these positions marks a first in the history of the Palestinian struggle, catching occupation forces off-guard and achieving unprecedented victories.

Moreover, the Brigades unveiled a homegrown multiple-rocket launcher (MLR) that houses short-range 114 mm artillery rockets, dubbed "Rajoum".
The MRL was put into use during the first wave of shelling and strikes, which provided the needed cover for Resistance fighters early on Saturday morning.
