The leader of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, Sayyed Abdul Malik al-Houthi, stated that Yemen’s operations in support of Gaza continue, revealing that this week, they have carried out attacks using 10 missiles and drones, including the strike on Lydd Airport.
In his weekly speech on Thursday, Sayyed al-Houthi recalled that Yemen had declared the start of its fourth phase of operations, targeting vessels affiliated with any company that does business with the Israeli occupation or delivers cargo to it.
He explained that this stage of the Yemeni Armed Forces' operations is an essential measure in response to the dire conditions in Gaza.
'Israel' deceiving public opinion
Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that "Israel" is misleading the world and manipulating global sentiment, even as outrage grows over its brutal siege and unprecedented cruelty.
The leader of Ansar Allah pointed out that airdropping aid serves no real purpose other than deception, when ground transport could easily deliver food and humanitarian supplies for distribution across Gaza.
Addressing the worsening humanitarian disaster in the Palestinian enclave, Sayyed al-Houthi emphasized that Gaza's children have become the living embodiment of Palestinian suffering, with their unimaginable plight laying bare how both the international community and the Muslim world have completely failed them.
The Ummah must pressure its governments
"A nation of two billion Muslims possesses the material and moral capacity to take strong positions, yet some who sympathize with the Palestinians are astonished by the Muslim stance," he said.
Sayyed al-Houthi emphasized that the Arab peoples could pressure their governments and mobilize collectively to shift the political landscape, but their current inaction stems from state-imposed restrictions.
The Yemeni leader emphasized that the popular Arab stance is heavily influenced by the official positions of their governments, and Arab inaction has enabled Israeli crimes and contributed to the scale and extent of Zionist tyranny.
He pointed out that the $22 billion Washington has provided to fund the aggression against Gaza ultimately comes from the trillions of dollars from Arab nations, adding that "some Arab regimes, under the guise of what they call normalization, have opened their airspace and airports to serve the Israeli enemy."
Sayyed al-Houthi recalled how Western sources are even talking about cooperation between "Israel" and Arab regimes on the level of providing information and intelligence.
Furthermore, he slammed the contradictory European positions, pointing out that while Britain claims it intends to recognize a Palestinian state, it simultaneously continues to provide weapons and multifaceted support to "Israel".
Regarding Syria, Sayyed al-Houthi explained that despite agreements involving concessions, southern Syria remains an open theater for Israeli occupation forces to operate.
