By day 463 of Israeli genocide in Gaza: 46,537 killed, 109,571 injured
Gaza's Nasser Hospital is running out of fuel and food, as well as medical supplies, in light of the stifling Israeli blockade and relentless bombardment.
The Israeli occupation military committed five massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of whom 32 martyrs and 193 injuries arrived at hospitals in 48 hours, the Health Ministry in Gaza announced on Saturday.
This brings the total number of Palestinians killed since the start of the Israeli war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, to 46,537 in addition to 109,571 injuries, the ministry confirmed in its daily report on the 463th day of the aggression, including additional 499 martyrs who have been officially added to the cumulative toll following the verification and approval of their records by the judicial committee responsible for overseeing filled reports and missing persons cases.
It noted that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

Israeli genocide continues
Eight were martyred, including two children and two women, and more than 30 were injured, including 19 children, as a result of the occupation's bombing of Halawa School, which houses thousands of displaced people in the Jabalia Ø´l-Balad area, north of the Gaza Strip, Gaza's Civil Defense reported.
On his part, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that several injuries were reported following an Israeli airstrike on the Khirbet al-Adas area, north of Rafah, in southern Gaza.
An Israeli drone also opened fire on the only Civil Defense vehicle in Jabalia, northern Gaza, as per our correspondent. Concurrently, Israeli artillery targeted the northern part of the al-Nuseirat camp in central Gaza and shelled the al-Zaytun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
An Israeli Apache helicopter also opened fire on areas in northern Gaza, resulting in several casualties.
Injuries were also reported after Israeli warplanes targeted a house near the Omari Mosque, east of Gaza City, while artillery simultaneously bombarded the Al-Zaytun neighborhood.
One martyr and several injuries were reported after an Israeli airstrike hit a residential apartment in the al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on the al-Karama area, northwest of Gaza City.
Meanwhile, rescue teams retrieved a martyr from the rubble of a prior Israeli strike near the entrance of Khuza’a, east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. The situation in Gaza remains dire as Israeli forces continue widespread airstrikes and artillery shelling, causing a growing toll of casualties and destruction.
Gaza's Nasser Hospital faces shutdown amid Israeli fuel blockade
Meanwhile, Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), a UK-based charity, has issued an urgent warning that Gaza's Nasser Hospital, the largest partially functioning medical facility in the besieged region, faces imminent closure due to a critical fuel shortage caused by the total Israeli blockade.
In a statement on Friday, MAP reported that the fuel restrictions threaten the lives of vulnerable patients, including infants, as the hospital struggles to maintain operations in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
“The situation is critical. Without additional fuel, this hospital will shut down in less than 48 hours, leaving critically ill patients – children on ventilators, newborns in incubators, and others in need of urgent care – facing imminent death,” said Mohammed Aghaalkurdi, MAP’s Medical Program Lead in Gaza.
The hospital, already rationing its limited fuel reserves, has been prioritizing power for essential services, including operating theatres, pediatric care, and neonatal intensive care units.
“We are running out of time. Power cuts are already disrupting care, and we are forced to prioritize only the most crucial areas while the rest of the hospital falls into darkness,” Aghaalkurdi explained. “The entry of fuel is a matter of life and death.”
MAP called on the international community, including the UK, to press "Israel" to allow sufficient fuel supplies into Gaza to prevent the collapse of its healthcare system.
“We also demand the protection of hospitals and accountability for those responsible for the systematic dismantling of Gaza’s health system, which is making Palestinian survival impossible,” the statement concluded.
