Car hits Secret Service vehicle near Biden’s Delaware offices: Footage
US President Joe Biden was reportedly talking to the media outdoors when a motorist struck a White House-affiliated SUV.
A spokesperson for the US Secret Service Special Agent Steve Kopek said the incident involving a car hitting President Joe Biden's motorcade in Wilmington, Delaware, on Sunday night did not have any so-called "protective interest".
"Today, at approximately 8:09 p.m., a Secret Service vehicle securing the President’s motorcade route was struck by another vehicle in Wilmington, DE [Delaware]," Kopek said on Sunday. "There was no protective interest associated with this event and the President’s motorcade departed without incident."
Earlier, the White House press pool observed a collision between a car and a truck that was serving as a protective barrier for President Joe Biden's motorcade at the entrance of his campaign headquarters.

Simultaneously, the responders outside reacted to the crash by encircling the car and pointing weapons at the driver, who eventually surrendered, as reported by journalists in the White House press pool.

Videos posted online captured officials audibly instructing the driver to open his door. Photographers on-site documented Biden's surprised reaction as he turned to observe the incident before agents guided him into his vehicle.
The incident comes shortly after Biden slammed "Israel" and Netanyahu's government as the most conservative "Israel" has ever had.
On December 13, US President Joe Biden harshly criticized Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and his government over the "indiscriminate bombing" of Gaza.
Biden's statements, according to a US official, were completely "off the cuff” and "random" and not part of a White House scripted attempt at exerting pressure on Netanyahu, signifying that Biden might actually disagree with "Israel's" conduct when it harms the United States' reputation.
