Confrontations broke out between Palestinian youths and the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Jenin, Beit Lahm, and Nablus in the occupied West Bank. The IOF fired stun grenades at citizens near the al-Hamra checkpoint in the Jordan Valley and detained Palestinians in cities from the occupied-48' territories.

Palestinian sources reported that the Palestinian resistance fighters are retaliating against the occupation forces in the town of Burqin, west of Jenin in the occupied West Bank, adding that one Palestinian civilian was wounded in the back by occupation bullets.

The Jenin Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades published a brief statement, in which it said, "We are engaged in armed confrontations with the occupation forces that stormed Burqin."

On Friday evening, confrontations broke out with the Israeli occupation forces in the town of "Taqu'a", southeast of Beit Lahm.

The Israeli occupation forces fired stun grenades at the Palestinians at the al-Hamra military checkpoint in the Jordan Valley, after it was completely closed, while the checkpoint and its surroundings have witnessed an intensive deployment of the occupation forces since this morning, and the barrier was completely closed for a while. It was later reopened and closed again completely during the evening hours, causing citizens to remain stuck on both sides.

In the city of Nablus, the occupation forces closed several roads in the town of Beita, south of the city, while confrontations erupted in the vicinity of the town.

Confrontations intensified in occupied al-Quds and broke out with the occupation forces at the Ras al-Amoud roundabout, where the occupation forces fired tear gas canisters and assaulted the protesters.

Occupation police arrested a number of demonstrators in the 48' occupied territories and attacked the sit-ins denouncing the aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Gaza Strip, '48 territory towns witnessed several sit-ins denouncing the storming of the "Israeli" occupation forces into Al-Aqsa Mosque and the attack on the worshipers in the Al-Qibli prayer hall and the detaining of hundreds.

Occupation police also assaulted participants in marches and vigils condemning the "Israeli" aggression, and prevented them from raising the Palestinian flag, while the police arrested many young men in a number of occupied towns, including Nazareth, Sakhnin, Kafr Manda, Baqa al-Gharbiya and Umm al-Fahm.

Earlier on Friday, two ramming and shooting operations took place in "Tel Aviv", in which one person was killed and several injured, in addition to an operation in occupied Ramallah.

Additionally, three female settlers were killed in a shooting attack on Friday morning, which targeted a settler car near the al-Hamra settlement, in the northern Jordan Valley in Jericho Governorate, in the occupied West Bank.

This wave of confrontations coincides with the increasing state of tension after a security escalation that occurred at the northern borders of occupied Palestine with Lebanon, the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, and raids on Lebanese areas and towns near the city of Tyre, southern Lebanon.
