After "Israel" conducted yet another crime against humanity and once again breached international humanitarian law, some international institutions and officials condemned the Israeli occupation's newest crime.

After the Israeli occupation conducted an abduction campaign for Palestinian men in UN shelters, the men were stripped in the streets in the cold, and these men were taken to unknown locations.

Following the wide circulation of images, "Israel" has been accused of yet another "crime against humanity."

Izzat El-Reshiq, a senior Hamas official, urged "human rights organizations to immediately intervene to expose this heinous crime against innocent civilians taking refuge in a school, which had turned into a shelter because of Zionist aggression and massacres, and to put pressure by all means to secure their release."

Given that the detained Palestinians were abducted from a school-turned-shelter for displaced people, they were not Hamas fighters as claimed by the Israeli occupation.

Israeli propaganda falters...again

For example,  Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, a news website, recognized one of the men detained that day on December 7 as their correspondent, Diaa Kahlout. As such, the outlet urged the international community to denounce the arrest of journalists while the Committee to Protect Journalists called for his release, Reuters reported.

Similarly, Palestinian American, Hani Almadhoun, said he recognized his 12-year-old relative among those detained and denied his relative had any links to Hamas.

In turn, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) stressed they were concerned of the images and underscored the importance of treating detainees with humanity and dignity as required by international humanitarian law.

Moreover, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, on X, denounced the Israeli occupation's "savagery in treating prisoners and innocent abducted citizens." The Iranian FM further stressed that these images "all illustrate that this apartheid and occupier regime is well outperforming and excelling Daesh [ISIS] in committing various types of murder and crime!"

Similarly, Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Al Safadi, said, ahead of his meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, that doctors and journalists were among those "humiliated" by "Israel".

The Palestinian ambassador to London, Husam Zomolot, also commented on the images in a post on X, calling the Israeli aggression a "blatant attempt at the humiliation & degradation of Palestinian men...stripped & displayed like war trophies."

Israeli war on Gaza health sector ongoing, more hospitals under siege

Tens of Palestinian civilians were martyred on Friday in a number of Israeli massacres committed against families across Gaza, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported.

In its latest report, the Palestinian Health Ministry revealed that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 17,487 martyrs, over 70% of whom are children and women, with 56,400 Palestinians injured with various injuries since the launch of the Israeli war on October 7.

The Ministry added that on Friday over 300 Palestinians were martyred and 600 others injured due to the Israeli bombing of various areas of the Gaza Strip.
