Al Mayadeen's correspondent in southern Lebanon reported on Sunday that Israeli occupation forces are setting fire to several homes in the town of Kfar Kila, located in the Marjeyoun district.
The Israeli occupation forces persist in violating the ceasefire agreement with Lebanon, effective since November 27, 2024. On Saturday, they detonated several houses in the border town of Yaroun, Bint Jbeil district, with explosions reverberating across the region.
Meanwhile, in the Jezzine area, Israeli drones were spotted, particularly over Mount Rayhan, intensifying tensions in the region.

Additionally, six people were martyred and two others were injured in an Israeli drone strike targeting the outskirts of Jenta, a village located in eastern Lebanon.

In this context, the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, Nabih Berri, reminded US envoy Morgan Ortagus on Friday of the US administration's role in forcing "Israel" to fully implement the ceasefire agreement, given that it is part of the committee overlooking the implementation.
He also noted the need for the Israeli regime to implement Resolution 1701, particularly the complete withdrawal of the Israeli occupation forces from Lebanese lands.
