The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced Wednesday that the toll of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 33,482 martyrs and 76,049 wounded since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza in the wake of Operation al-Aqsa Flood.

The Palestinian ministry reported that 122 people were martyred and 56 others were wounded as a result of the occupation's aggression over the past 24 hours.

Numerous victims are still under the rubble and on the streets as ambulances and civil defense crews remain unable to reach them.

Five people were killed when the occupation warplanes bombed a house belonging to the Asaliya family in al-Sakka Street, east of Jabalia refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip, an Al Mayadeen correspondent reported.

The Israeli occupation forces also targeted a number of houses east of the Gaza Valley in the central Gaza Strip, and a house belonging to the Shaldan family in the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City.

Our correspondent stated that the IOF bombarded al-Zahraa city, north of Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, and its artillery shelled southeast of Gaza City and north of the central governorate.

The Israeli occupation forces announced Friday that 600 soldiers and officers have been killed and 3,193 others injured, including 497 seriously injured, since the start of the war on Gaza.

The IOF also admitted that 1,552 soldiers and officers were injured during the ground operation in Gaza.

Earlier, Israeli media outlets had reported on the high number of casualties among the Israeli occupation forces in the battles it is fighting with the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip, which is equivalent to the size of a brigade in the IOF.

The occupation continues to suffer heavy losses in the battles against the resistance, as the Israeli forces are exhausted and are not making any significant progress.

Despite the Israeli forces' tight control over the publication of the real numbers of its casualties as a result of the ground battles in the Gaza Strip in an attempt to hide the extent of its losses, the accurate data and video clips broadcast by the Palestinian resistance show that the losses suffered by the occupation are much greater than what it announces.

Israeli media outlets have circulated footage of several military helicopters transporting casualties from the Gaza Strip to hospitals in occupied Palestine, in what has been described as an "unusual" incident on Friday morning.

Concurrently, Israeli military reports have revealed that 62 Israeli occupation troops have been wounded in a period ranging from March 21 to March 28, pushing the total number of injuries among occupation forces to 3,160.

In the last updated form of Israeli troops killed since October 7, 2023, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) admitted to 597 deaths among its members. The total number of casualties (deaths and injuries) admitted by Israeli authorities has reached 3,790.

Since the Israeli occupation launched its ground invasion into the Gaza Strip, 1,523 soldiers and officers were claimed to have been injured.
