The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip has reported that on the 108th day of the Israeli aggression, the Israeli genocidal war against the Strip has claimed the lives of 25,295 Palestinians with the number of injuries reaching a staggering 63,000 since October 7.

The distressing number of martyrs has radically increased throughout the last 24 hours, as the Israeli occupation committed 20 massacres against Palestinians. The Ministry also noted that the aggression on Khan Younes has resulted in the martyrdom of 50 Palestinians and injured 100 others.

This brutal onslaught has resulted in the tragic loss of 190 lives, with an additional 340 people sustaining injuries.

The situation is compounded by the fact that thousands of victims are still trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings or on the streets, as it becomes exceedingly difficult for ambulances and civil defense teams to access and provide assistance to those in dire need, given that bombardment remains non-stop and snipers target everything that moves in their vicinity.

Intense Israeli attacks on Khan Younis, resistance confronts IOF

Palestinian media reported on Monday at dawn that Israeli occupation aircraft and artillery launched “the heaviest bombing since the beginning of the war” on Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, amid fierce confrontations with the Palestinian resistance. It also highlighted that gunfire was reported in the eastern areas between the governorates of Khan Younis and Rafah.

On the other hand, media outlets released footage showing an Israeli Quadcopter drone targeting Palestinian civilians in the al-Mawasi area, west of the city of Khan Younis. Additionally, the National Resistance Brigades reported engaging in intense confrontations with the occupation forces west of Khan Younis and confronting the occupation near al-Aqsa University.

Prior to that, the al-Quds Brigades announced that they had targeted gatherings of occupation soldiers in the east and center of Khan Younis with standard 60-caliber mortar shells.

Resistance fighters targeted an Israeli Merkava tank using a Tandem shell east of Khan Younis and engaged in intense confrontations in Khan Younis. The statement mentioned that several occupation soldiers were killed and injured.
