The number of Palestinians killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7 has risen to 37,084 and those injured to 84,494, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip confirmed on Sunday.

In its daily report, the Ministry mentioned that the Israeli occupation forces committed eight massacres in 24 hours only, killing a total of 283 and injuring 814 others.

The report highlighted that the number of Palestinians killed as a result of the massacre carried out by Israeli occupation forces in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip has risen from 210 to 274 and those injured to 698, including serious injuries.

The Ministry noted that several victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

The Israeli occupation military said on Saturday that its forces retrieved four captives who were held by the Palestinian Resistance from the Nuseirat refugee camp.

Earlier, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that more than 70% of the Nuseirat massacre victims were children and women, adding that there are calls for the formation of international investigative committees into the massacre.

Our correspondent said that the Israeli occupation forces targeted a house in the town of al-Zawayda, south of the Nuseirat camp.

He mentioned that Israeli naval and aerial bombardment also targeted the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, resulting in a large number of Palestinians killed.

He pointed to several casualties and injuries from Israeli bombardment on the al-Bureij and al-Maghazi camps and Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

According to Al Mayadeen's correspondent, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital made an urgent appeal to provide it with the necessary supplies to save whoever can be saved after the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced a catastrophic situation at the hospital.
