On day 268th of the genocide in Gaza, the death toll reached 37,877 Palestinians and 86,969 injured by the Israeli occupation amid the IOF's brutal onslaught, according to the daily report published by the Health Ministry in Gaza.

"Israel" committed three massacres over the past 24 hours, killing 43 Palestinians and injuring 111 others.

While some were transported to partially functioning hospitals, many victims remain stuck beneath the rubble with rescue crews being unable to reach them.

It is also significant to note that the Gaza Health Ministry also warned that hospitals, medical centers, and oxygen stations in the Gaza Strip may cease operations within 48 hours due to a critical fuel shortage for generators.

"The health ministry is again warning that the remaining hospitals, medical centers, and oxygen stations will stop operating within 48 hours because they are running out of the fuel needed to run the generators," the ministry said via Telegram.

The officials also called on the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to intervene quickly to provide fuel and generators.

Israeli report shows 20,000 soldiers wounded, rising care crisis

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that the Shuja'iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, bears testament to the contradiction of the Israeli narrative, confirming ongoing activities by the al-Quds Brigades and al-Qassam Brigades to lure soldiers into ambushes there.

Our correspondent reported intense confrontations on multiple fronts in Rafah, located in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. Specifically, confrontations were noted in the Saudi neighborhood and the Shaboura area. Additionally, occupation tanks have re-entered the Brazil and al-Balad neighborhoods in the city center of Rafah, where they have resumed bulldozing and shelling.

The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades reported that their Resistance fighters conducted four operations within the last 24 hours. These operations involved intense confrontations and targeted gatherings of occupation army vehicles across various fronts in the Gaza Strip. As a result, there were numerous casualties and injuries among the occupation army ranks.

The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades confirmed that they targeted occupation forces stationed in the "Netzarim" axis using a barrage of 107 rockets and heavy-caliber mortar shells. Israeli media also reported hearing sirens in the Gaza Envelope settlements.

On Saturday, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the Palestinian Resistance continues to carry out deadly ambushes targeting the occupation forces in the alleys of the al-Shujaiya neighborhood, where a major battle is taking place.

Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) movement, announced that its fighters targeted with mortar shells the command center of the Israeli occupation's field operations in al-Shujaiya, as well as groupings of Israeli troops and positions of military vehicles in the area.

The Brigades, who have been highly active in Gaza City following renewed Israeli incursion into multiple neighborhoods, also directly engaged occupation forces for the third straight day, ambushing them on several axes.
