Day 383 of genocide in Gaza: 42,792 martyrs, 100,412 injuries
The Israeli occupation forces persist with their aggression on civilians across the Gaza Strip.
Over the past 24 hours, the Israeli occupation committed six massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing 74 people and injuring 130 others, the Gaza Health Ministry confirmed on Wednesday.
As of October 23, which marks the 383rd day of the war, the Israeli occupation has killed 42,792 Palestinians and injured 100,412 since its start of its war on Gaza, according to the Ministry's latest tally.
Thousands remain either buried under the rubble or unaccounted for, due to the Israeli aggression and the inability of Civil Defense teams to reach them. This is a result of the systematic destruction of their resources, equipment, and civilian infrastructure leading to bombarded locations across the region and even the killing of their personnel.
