22,835 people have been martyred in The Gaza Strip since the Israeli occupation launched its genocidal war on Gaza on October 7, the Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Sunday.

The latest toll released on the 93rd day of the Israeli aggression came after the occupation committed 12 massacres against entire families in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, killing more than 113 people and injuring another 250.

So far, 58,416 Palestinians have been injured by the Israeli occupation's bombardment of the Gaza Strip, which has targeted civilian infrastructure, hospitals, and residential buildings.

The occupation has also commonly targeted protected areas housing displaced people, as well as apartment complexes in which hundreds of civilians took refuge.

On Sunday, the Israeli war machine targeted two buildings housing displaced people toward the coast of Rafah, which is located in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that an Israeli drone launched a missile toward the vehicle the journalists were in, resulting in the martyrdom of journalists Hamza Al-Dahdouh (29), the son of veteran war correspondent Wael al-Dahdouh, and Mustafa Thuraya.

Another individual was injured in the Israeli airstrike that targeted journalists in the al-Mawassi area west of the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to Hamas, the targeting of journalists Hamza al-Dahdouh and Mustafa Thuraya is a deliberate Zionist war crime, aiming to terrorize journalists and prevent them from conveying the truth and covering their humanitarian crimes in the Gaza Strip.
