Dozens of civilians martyred, wounded in Israeli raid on roundabout
This marks the second instance of such aggression to occur within the same week.
Gaza's Health Ministry on Sunday reported the martyrdom of multiple civilians after an Israeli airstrike targeted a humanitarian aid truck in the Kuwaiti roundabout in Deir al-Balah.
"The occupation forces committed a horrific massacre at the Kuwaiti roundabout in Gaza, which claimed dozens of martyrs and wounded," Health Ministry spokesman Dr. Ashraf al-Qudra said.
"The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) are carrying out systematic genocide targeting hundreds of thousands of hungry stomachs in northern Gaza," he added.

West to blame for greenlighting genocide on Gaza: PIJ
In reaction to the massacre, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) issued a statement condemning the West over its complicity in the Gaza genocide.
"The events currently unfolding in the Gaza Strip, marred by repeated massacres, are further evidence of the genocidal nature of the occupying army, along with the instructions it receives from both its generals and political leaders," the statement reads.
"The Zionist aggression on Gaza has exposed the West's flaws and the defective nature of the so-called 'international community,' which has turned a blind eye to the Gaza genocide. This defect has granted the occupation a license to kill, while also delegitimizing and outlawing our people's right to resist these relentless aggressions," the statement added.
The PIJ further called on all Arab and Islamic countries to intervene to halt these massacres and provide humanitarian assistance for the people of Gaza "without waiting for authorization from the occupying regime, especially as certain nations have opted to open their borders and ports to relieve the siege on the Israeli regime while doing nothing to save our people in Gaza."
The PIJ is specifically referring to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, both of which have agreed to work with India on the construction of the IMEC corridor.
Though the corridor is not specifically intended to circumvent the effects of the Yemeni blockade on "Israel," it will nonetheless provide some economic relief to the regime, as the corridor intends to pass through the occupied territories.
