Failed negotiations between Al-Jolani, French militants in prisons
A well-known armed Twitter activist reports that the Military Leader of Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham offered French militants detained in the organization's prisons their release in exchange for their deportation from Idlib to a South African country.
Mozamjer Al-Sham, armed Twitter activist opposing Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (Rebranded Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) revealed that there are negotiations taking place between Abu Mohammad Al-Jolani -- Military Leader of Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham -- and French militants detained in his prisons.
A large number of foreign militants are held in Al-Jolani prisons. They were arrested from their bases and homes in the villages of Jisr Al-Shoghur countryside, west of Idlib after the Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham eradicated the factions that refused to work under Al-Jolani's command within his areas of influence.
Al-Jolani offered the French militants their release in exchange for their deportation from Idlib to a South African country.
However, Mozamjer Al-Sham pointed out that the negotiations have failed, as the French militants in prison refused Al-Jolani's conditions.

The well-known tweeter account indicated that the negotiations between the two sides came as a result of dictates from the French intelligence.
Mozamjer Al-Sham quoted leaders in the anti-Jolani Guardians of Religion Organization, as saying that some leaders detained in Al-Jolani's prisons have started a hunger strike.
During the past months, Abu Mohammad Al-Jolani launched a series of campaigns targeting militants of several foreign nationalities, including French, Turks, Qataris, and Iraqis, some of whom had fled Deir Ezzor during their fight with ISIS after the Syrian army took control of their areas.
