French journalist slams international inaction toward Gaza onslaught
Alex Poulin casts doubt on the US intent of completing a ceasefire in the Palestinian enclave while continuing to send "tons and tons of weapons" to "Israel".
A French journalist lambasted the international community's inaction toward the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, with the number of Palestinians killed on the 331st day of the aggression reaching 40,738 and those injured 94,154.
"You know what? I can't take it anymore—seeing images of children dismembered, burned, cut in half, their skulls shattered, brains gone, faces unrecognizable, these heaps that no longer resemble bodies," Alexis Poulin, who oversees the Le Monde Moderne news website, said in a video circulated on social media.
He criticized the media blackout regarding the situation in Gaza, saying, "Every single day, it’s a daily reality in Gaza, and not a word in the newspapers I read this morning."

"Vous savez quoi j'en peux plus j'en peux plus de voir les images d'enfants déboîté brûlées coupées en deux la boite crânienne éclatée sans cerveau les visages méconnaissables ces amas de chair qui ne ressemblent plus à des corps".

Poulin cast doubt on the US intent of completing a ceasefire in the Palestinian enclave while continuing to send "tons and tons of weapons" to the Israeli occupation entity and "giving out multi-billion dollar loans so Israel can keep buying American weapons."
"Do you think they really want a ceasefire? No."
He added, "Do you think the international community will finally impose sanctions that match the scale of the war crimes committed by Benjamin Netanyahu and his government? No."
The French journalist indicated that "in Gaza, it’s unbelievable how the world just couldn’t care less."
"It’s sickening, it makes you want to scream, and tear your hair out, and this war is only beginning. Because after these horrors, there will be more horrors to come," he concluded.
This comes as the negotiations regarding completing a ceasefire in Gaza and a prisoner exchange deal between "Israel" and Hamas have been stalled with Israeli occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's insistence on continued Israeli military control over the Philadelphi Corridor in the Gaza Strip.
