Gaza aid delivery hindered by fuel shortage: UN
Due to a fuel shortages, UN staffers won't be able to unload arriving trucks or distribute aid to those in need in Gaza, hindering the relief efforts.
Andrea De Domenico, Head of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, stated on Monday that the United Nations team lacks the required fuel for trucks and forklifts essential in unloading and delivering humanitarian aid in Gaza.
"The trucks that will arrive starting from tomorrow - we will not simply be able to unload them because you know, we don't have the fuel for the forklift. And we do not have the fuel for the trucks that are distributing that assistance out to where the people in need are," Domenico said in a briefing to journalists.
He added that the humanitarian pauses declared by "Israel" were carried out solely by the IOF, primarily as a means to evacuate the Northern area under relatively safe conditions.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported Israeli vehicles and tanks surrounding Al-Quds Hospital, accompanied by continuous shelling.
One convoy which was supposed to evacuate individuals stranded in the hospital was forced to do a U-turn due to heavy airstrikes.
Furthermore, sections of the Indonesian Hospital were reported to be out of service due to Israeli airstrikes and fuel depletion.
Dr. Iyad al-Jabari, the medical director of Shuhada Al-Aqsa Hospital in Gaza, described the situation as "catastrophic, with significant challenges." He mentioned that the hospital has reached full capacity and fuel is sufficient for one day only, emphasizing the fact that there is no safe place to evacuate patients, wounded individuals, and children.
