The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 21,822 martyrs, with 56,451 wounded, the Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed on Sunday.

The Ministry emphasized that Israeli occupation forces committed 21 massacres in the past 24 hours, resulting in 150 martyrs and 286 injuries.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported massacres committed by the occupation since this morning in various areas of the Strip, where 48 martyrs were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting the al-Zaytun neighborhood in Gaza City.

In another assault, 40 Palestinians were killed in an Israeli warplane raid on a house in the al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City, with most of the bodies of the martyrs remaining under the rubble. Additionally, 20 Palestinians were martyred in the Israeli targeting of al-Aqsa University.

'Israeli hysteria'

Our correspondent highlighted that areas in the central Gaza Strip were subjected to naval, aerial, and ground Israeli bombardment. Eight martyrs from the Qandeel family, including a newborn, were killed in an Israeli targeting of a house in the al-Maghazi camp.

Furthermore, Israeli occupation forces targeted a mosque and an apartment in the Hadil Tower in the camp. Dozens of martyrs' bodies remained in the courtyard of the al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

Simultaneously, with the Israeli forces' attempts to infiltrate the depth of the al-Bureij camp amid resilient resistance from Palestinian factions, Israeli artillery shells rained down on residential areas, as per our correspondent.

In the same context, a Palestinian youth was killed by the gunfire of Israeli warships off the coast of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip. Israeli artillery also targeted the northern areas of the Strip, where the bodies of 15 Palestinian martyrs from the Hammouda family were recovered from under the rubble of their house which was targeted by the occupation forces in Jabalia.

Our correspondent mentioned that the Israeli occupation forces targeted mosques, shelters, charities, and infrastructure, describing what is happening as "Israeli hysteria", especially in the central and southern regions.
