Araghchi: Iran adopted a constructive approach in its engagement to ensure the European Union and the E3 fully honored their commitments and lifted all sanctions.
Araghchi: After a year of Iran’s full compliance with the agreement, it began implementing gradual, proportionate, and reversible compensatory steps in accordance with its recognized rights under the deal.
Araghchi: Iran demonstrated the utmost restraint in the face of repeated and fundamental violations and made extensive efforts to restore balance and preserve the agreement.
In his letter, Araghchi stated: The E3 failed to fulfill their obligations and instead imposed additional illegal sanctions on Iranian individuals and institutions.
Araghchi: These coercive measures constituted a grave violation of international law and the UN Charter, causing severe disruption in the implementation of the agreement.
Araghchi: Washington initially refrained from fulfilling its commitments, then withdrew from the agreement, reimposed its illegal and unilateral sanctions, and even expanded them.
Araghchi: UN Security Council Resolution 2231 has expired and fully ceased to be in effect as of today, in accordance with its explicit provisions.

The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas' military wing, announced that its fighters sniped an Israeli soldier in eastern Jabalia, north Gaza.

Al-Qassam fighters also launched a SAM-7 rocket toward an Israeli Apache helicopter flying west of Jabalia camp. 

Meanwhile, in the east of the camp, one resistance fighter threw a hand grenade at a close range toward a group of occupation soldiers.  

Earlier, the brigades announced targeting an Israeli Merkava tank and shooting down an Evo Max drone in the new camp area north of Nuseirat in the central Gaza Strip.

For its part, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced that its fighters targeted an enemy command and control center west of the Netzarim axis with 107mm rockets.

Additionally, al-Quds fighters bombarded enemy soldiers and vehicles advancing into the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip with standard 60mm mortar shells.

'Israel' admits deputy commander of company, soldiers killed in Gaza

The Israeli military spokesperson announced on Monday evening the deaths of an officer and two soldiers from the Kfir Brigade during confrontations in the northern Gaza Strip. 

Israeli media revealed that the officer who was killed held the position of deputy company commander. 

Reports indicated that an Israeli military unit fell into an ambush in Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza, where an explosive device detonated near them, resulting in the deaths of the officer and two soldiers, and injuring another soldier moderately. 

Israeli Army radio stated that since the beginning of the 162nd Division's military operation in northern Gaza, a total of 38 Israeli soldiers from the division have been killed
