German company censors Ansar Allah, shuts down its official website
The official website of Ansar Allah stated in a report, that "the illegal measure violates the freedom of press, publications, and expression."
The Yemeni news agency SABA reported on Sunday that German company Contabo has shut down Ansar Allah's official website on one of its servers for promoting "antisemitic" content.
The official website of Ansar Allah stated in a report, obtained by SABA, that "the illegal measure, that violates the freedom of press, publications, and expression, as per international law and United Nations charters, is proof enough of the false banners that call for democracy and freedom of expression and opinion that the West is notorious for."
Media censorship as a war tactic
It also pointed out that the move aims at "misleading the public and veiling the Israeli occupation's genocide and crimes against the women and children of Gaza, as well as all of Palestine."
The report also considered the censorship of the website, the journalistic theft of its material, and combatting its spread on social platforms like Facebook and YouTube as a "form of aggression on Yemen for the country's virtuous solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine."
The report also indicated that this signifies the Israeli lobby's failure to conceal the truth, and a "diabolical attempt to obscure and suppress the reality of Zionist and American crimes."
To counter the measure, the report emphasized that work is underway to reoperate the website, noting that no deterrence has been made and that operators are determined to confront the Zionist lobby's arrogance and oppressive tactics, as well as uncover facts professionally and credibly, based on the "An eye on the Qur'an, and an eye on the events" mantra.
The report reiterated Yemen's continuous support of Gaza by all means and capabilities possible and stressed the free media's solidarity as part of the battle of the “promised conquest and holy jihad” that Yemen has always adopted to surpass all challenges and difficulties.
The Yemeni Journalists Syndicate, on its part, denounced Contabo's move, calling it "a clear attack on freedom of opinion and publication, and a clear violation and silencing of the Yemeni message," stressing that it is "media terrorism, practiced by the company to obscure the facts, exposing double standards."

No form of aggression will deter Yemen
Recently, the governor of Hodeidah affirmed that Yemen will prevail in supporting the humanitarian cause of the Palestinian people against the aggressors, stressing that no power in the world can prevent it from supporting Gaza.
Talking to Al Mayadeen, Mohammed Ayyash Quhim stressed that "even if the forces of aggression bring the whole world together [to face Yemen], they will not be able to prevent Yemen from supporting the cause."
The Yemeni Armed Forces (YAF) launched Red Sea operations last November in support of Gaza, conditioning their end to the cease of the Israeli war on the Strip.
